Current MalamaOps Systems users can submit support tickets here for workflow questions, setup issues, bugs, billing/account issues, or standard improvement requests.

Support is handled through the ticket system so issues can be reviewed, tracked, and resolved properly.

MalamaOps support helps users operate the standard. It does not include custom dashboards, custom automations, custom workflows, or redesigning the system for one shop’s preferences.
